EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)

In compliance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.To be eligible for a return:The T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.All original tags and packaging must be intact.

How to Return an ItemContact Us: Send an email to onyebueze2630@onyebueze.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.Pack Your Order: Securely pack the T-shirt back into its original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.Ship It Back: Send the package to our return address:Spurvevangen 39, 2635 Ishøj, Denmark

Please note: In accordance with EU law, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. 5. RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your returned T-shirt, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Faulty ItemsIf your T-shirt arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong size/design, please contact us immediately at onyebueze2630@onyebueze.com with photos of the issue. We will generate a free prepaid shipping label for you and send out a replacement item right away.
